Stephanie Morrow is a member of the PPAN and has 20 years of experience working as an advisor in the public policy and economic advisory arena, providing management consultancy services, at senior levels of NI Government, Whitehall Departments and the European Commission.

Her main areas specialties include; public policy advice; economic and investment appraisal, including cost-benefit analysis (for both private and public sector clients); evaluation; economic impact assessment and economic development – at national, regional and local levels. Her experience referred to above has been gained working at senior levels in two of the ‘Big 4’ professional services .
