James Gilchrist is a Chartered Accountant by profession and member of the PPAN. He has 20 years’ experience of developing HM Treasury Green Book compliant business cases for major Government change programmes and public expenditure more widely, James held senior positions within two of the ‘Big 4’ advisory firms where he led on the development of UK Treasury Green Book business cases for major Government reform programmes and investments.

James also has extensive experience of business planning, policy and project evaluation and a wide range of economic/ financial advisory assignments and is an Associate Advisor with the Strategic Investment Board.
