Colin Stutt has a First Class Degree in Economics from King's College Cambridge. Colin joined the Northern Ireland Civil Service where he was Private Secretary to the Minister for Economic Development and later responsible for energy policy, industrial development, enterprise policy and Economic Policy.

Colin was Partner in Charge of KPMG Consulting in Northern Ireland, lead Partner for KPMG's economic work across Ireland and lead Partner for KPMG's work with the EU Regional Policy Directorate. Colin has extensive experience of innovation policy, creative industries, the knowledge economy, indigenous enterprises and FDI policies and practices across the EU.
